Cultivated by smallholder farmers between 1,500 and 1,800 metres, each cherry is handpicked at full ripeness, washed with clean mountain spring water and slowly sun-dried on raised beds to protect clarity, vibrancy and structure.
Roasted to a balanced medium profile in Pretoria, our Tanzania AA opens with smooth golden caramel, followed by ripe stone fruit tones — apricot, nectarine and subtle peach — resting on a soft almond-like foundation. The cup is clean, silky and remarkably comforting, offering sweetness without heaviness and fruitfulness without sharp acidity.
