Toleo La Mwezi means 'Edition of the Moon' in Swahili – a name reserved for a coffee that changes with the rhythm of the harvest. This limited-release blend captures a fleeting but unforgettable flavour moment, crafted with just two exceptional origins: Kenya’s Kirinyaga and Ethiopia’s Sidamo Natural. The Kirinyaga is roasted to a medium-dark profile, delivering deep, velvety layers of dark chocolate, blackcurrant and roasted nut. Balanced against it is the medium-roasted Sidamo Natural, sun-dried for lush berry jam, plum, and a whisper of citrus blossom. Together, they create a bold yet elegant roast, rich in texture and alive with vibrant flavour.
This is a small-batch release – once it’s gone, it’s gone. Each edition of Toleo La Mwezi will change month to month and/or while stock lasts, depending on what our roastery has in season. It’s your chance to discover a new expression of African coffee, crafted for the moment and never the same twice.
