Competition Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Competitions are open to South African residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Serengeti Roasters, their immediate family members and affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Entry
Entry methods will be clearly stated in each competition post or announcement. By entering you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Prizes
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash. Serengeti Roasters reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random or as otherwise stated in the specific competition rules. The decision of Serengeti Roasters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification
Winners will be notified via the contact details provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
Publicity
By entering, participants grant Serengeti Roasters the right to use their name, likeness and entry details for marketing purposes, unless declined in writing.
Disqualification
Serengeti Roasters reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misconduct or breach of these terms.
Personal Data
By entering a competition, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Serengeti Roasters shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering or participating in a competition.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
