Grown in the mineral-rich red volcanic soils of Mount Kenya’s southern slopes, our Kirinyaga ABC delivers a cup that dances with crisp blackcurrant, sweet citrus and silky cane sugar. This medium roast showcases the dazzling acidity and structured body that has made Kenyan coffee world-famous.
Each bean is handpicked by smallholder farmers during peak harvest season and processed using the washed method for exceptional clarity and brightness. The cherries undergo fermentation in cool river water, are sun-dried on raised beds and meticulously sorted by size (AA/AB/ABC grades) before small-batch roasting in Pretoria.
